If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-Day Return Policy under the terms below.
2. Eligibility for Return
You can request a return under the following conditions:
Return request must be placed within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
All tags, labels, seals, and accessories must be intact.
Damaged, used, or tampered products will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used products
Items purchased during special sales or promotions
Free gifts or bonus items
Products damaged due to misuse
Health & personal care items once unsealed (for hygiene reasons)
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order ID, product details, and reason for return.
Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or share further instructions.
5. Refund Policy
Refund will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
6. Replacement Policy
If you received a wrong, defective, or damaged product, you can request:
A free replacement within 7 days
Replacement will be shipped after issue verification
If replacement is unavailable, you’ll receive a full refund
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, order cannot be cancelled — you may use the return process.
